StylishPrangon Return & Refund Policy

At StylishPrangon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we always aim to deliver your items in perfect condition, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. In rare cases, products may arrive damaged or incorrectly designed. To maintain the trust you’ve placed in us, we offer a simple return and replacement policy for such situations.

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:


✅ Return Criteria

  • Return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must not be broken or tampered with.
  • If your order included a free promotional item, it must also be returned.
  • Returns and replacements are subject to inspection by the StylishPrangon team.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If we cannot replace the item, you’ll get a full refund (excluding delivery and COD charges).

🔁 Reasons Eligible for Return & Replacement

  • Product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • Size mismatch (only if the delivered size differs from the invoice).
  • Color mismatch.
  • Wrong print or placement on printed clothing.
  • Completely wrong item delivered.

🚚 How to Return

  1. Email our Customer Care Team at sales@stylishprangon.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Once we receive the item or pick it up, we’ll perform a quality check.
  3. If the return reason is valid, we’ll either replace the product or process your refund.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after quality evaluation of the returned item.
  • If the product is unavailable for replacement, a full refund will be issued.
  • Delivery and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery, there is no refund amount since no payment was made in advance.
  • Payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer will be refunded to your respective account.
  • If double payment occurred due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days.
  • If you do not receive your refund within that time, please contact us at sales@stylishprangon.com.
